A hands-on agentic AI course for professionals. Over 4 weeks and 8 live sessions you build working AI agents around your own job. Kick off in person in London or join remotely, carry on online, and finish with Demo Day. Then your cohort carries on as a house of fellow builders.

Agenda

Session by session

Two live workshops a week for 4 weeks: Tuesdays 2pm to 4.30pm and Fridays for 2 hours. Each one is part teaching and demo, part building together, with a short checkpoint task and quiz between workshops. Bring a real task from your work; that is what you will automate.

  1. Workshop 1 (Tuesday): Foundations, your marketing second brain. In person near London Bridge, or remotely. Start your second brain: short context files about you, your brand, audiences, products and rules.
  2. Workshop 2 (Friday): Safety, connectors, MCPs, APIs and CLIs. Connect AI to your tools safely. Pass the short safe-use quiz first, or use the sandbox route.
  3. Workshop 3 (Tuesday): Reusable skills. Turn what works into skills you and your team can reuse.
  4. Workshop 4 (Friday): Proactive agents. Agents that pick up work for you, not just answer when asked.
  5. Workshop 5 (Tuesday): Coding agents, directing not coding. Get coding agents to build what you need without writing code yourself.
  6. Workshop 6 (Friday): Team rollout, your company brain. Grow the best context files into a shared company brain.
  7. Workshop 7 (Tuesday): Advanced build lab. Build your capstone, a working agent with a human review point, with help on hand.
  8. Workshop 8 (Friday): Demo Day. Show your agent and the time it saves, with leadership invited. Then your cohort carries on as a house.

What to bring

  • A laptop you can install apps and sign in to accounts on.
  • An account with Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini. A free plan works; switch off model training on a personal plan.
  • One real, repetitive task from your work that you would love to hand over.

Questions people ask

Is this course suitable for beginners?

Yes. You do not need to code or have used AI tools much. If you already use AI daily, you will move faster and build more.

Where in London is the kick-off?

Near London Bridge. We will confirm the exact venue, with directions and access details, before the cohort starts.

Do I have to come to London?

No. You can join the kick-off remotely, and the rest of the sessions are online anyway.

What if I cannot make a workshop?

Every workshop is recorded with guided build steps. Catch up within 7 days and it counts as attendance.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel up to 14 days before the first session for a full refund, or up to 7 days before to move to a later cohort. And if you start and it is not for you, tell us by the end of the first week for your money back. Full details in our refund policy.
