These terms apply when you book a Node House cohort, buy access to recorded modules, or use this website.

Bookings and payment
Your booking is confirmed when your payment goes through at checkout, or for team bookings when we accept your purchase order. We take card, Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout, and invoices or purchase orders for teams, payable within 30 days. We do not offer instalment plans. Node House is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
Cancellations and refunds
See our refund policy. If you book as a consumer, this does not affect your statutory rights.
Changes to a cohort
If we need to change the dates, venue or format of a cohort, or cancel it, we will tell you as soon as we can and you can choose a full refund or a free move to another cohort.
Course materials and access
Course materials are for your own use, or internal use within your business. Access to the materials in your learning area is for life. Please do not share your login or resell the materials.
AI workflow projects
AI workflow projects are scoped and quoted individually, and run under a separate written agreement.
Liability
We take care to make our training accurate and useful, but you are responsible for how you use AI tools and what you build with them. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
