We want booking to feel low risk. Here is what happens if your plans change.
Cancelling a cohort booking
Cancel 14 days or more before the first session and we will refund you in full. Less than 14 days before, we cannot refund, but see transfers below.
Transferring your place
Up to 7 days before the first session, you can move your place to a later cohort at no cost. Less than 7 days before, your place is fixed.
Our money-back guarantee
If you start a live cohort and it is not for you, tell us by the end of the first week (before the third session) and we will refund you in full.
If we cancel or change a cohort
If we cancel a cohort or change its dates, you can choose a full refund or a free move to another cohort.
Recorded modules and digital content
The self-paced online course gives you access to all the material straight away, so it cannot be cancelled or refunded once you have access. At checkout we ask you to agree to start straight away and confirm you understand this.
Team bookings
Team and private cohort bookings follow the cancellation terms in your quote.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@nodehouse.ai with your name and booking details. We refund to the original payment method.
